Mindful Dina Joy

Dina Joy has a doctorate in natural health, is a board certified mindfulness & meditation teacher, 500hr yoga teacher, mindful ecotherapy guide and master transformational life coach. She also lives with the effects of multiple traumatic brain injuries, PTSD and PNES... I take care of women who are suffering through anxiety, overwhelm, neurofatigue, chronic condition healing burnout, guilt, shame and a sense of low self-worth. My role as a doctor of natural health is not to diagnose or treat your symptoms. It's to be your guide towards self-empowerment as you cultivate a more nurturing, nourishing and meaningful relationship with your true Self, and live in harmony through your interconnection with all of nature and her elements. Through mindful & intuitive natural practices you'll gain greater confidence, mental and emotional ease, and know what you need to more easily simplify your life.
