My role as a doctor of natural health is not to diagnose or treat your symptoms. I see my role more as your guide. A guide in helping you cultivate a more nurturing, nourishing and meaningful relationship with your true Self, helping you to better understand how you are interconnected with all of nature and how to create balance and harmony within that connection, so you can live your life in the way that is right for you. Trained in whole person healing methods that date back centuries, I take care of women who are suffering through anxiety, overwhelm, neurofatigue, chronic condition healing burnout, guilt, shame and a sense of low self-worth.
